Becoming a member of the Sheboygan County Board of REALTORS® will unlock all the membership benefits including a world of beneficial information on the NAR, WRA, and SCBR website!
Congratulations on your first step towards becoming a member of the Sheboygan County Board of REALTORS® ! The benefits of becoming a member are very different upon the type of membership you decide to pledge; REALTOR®/Appraiser, Affiliate (Non-Appraiser), Unlicensed Administrative/Staff. Each membership comes with different incentives that will satisfy your needs when choosing your progress in your REALTOR® journey moving forward. We look forward to you joining our professional family!
NEW MEMBER APPLICATION PROCESS:
- Complete and submit new Membership Application.
- We will process your application and call you for payment. Membership applications will be processed within (5) business days of receiving payment. Dues Fee Schedule – 2021
- We will activate your membership with SCBR, Wisconsin REALTORS® Association (WRA), and National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), and provide access to Metro MLS.
- You will receive a welcome email from SCBR and Metro MLS confirming your activated PROVISIONAL membership.
- Attend the SCBR New Membership Orientation. Attendance of this orientation is mandated by the National Association of REALTORS® for existing and new REALTORS®. If you are a new, you will be sworn in as a REALTOR®. Until you have attended this orientation, you can still sell real estate and have access to MLS and all other Association services, but you may not call yourself a REALTOR® nor use the REALTOR® logo.
Please prepare to upload the following documents in order to minimize processing time:
REALTOR® / Appraiser Membership
- Proof that a broker, who is a member of SCBR, is holding your license, or proof of employment. (Copy of Form 812 sent to DSPS)
- Letter of Good Standing from each REALTOR® association(s) you currently or previously have been a member with.
Affiliate (Non-Affiliate) Membership
- Proof of license in your industry or proof of employment.
- Letter of Good Standing from each REALTOR® association(s) you currently or previously have been a member with.
Unlicensed / Staff
