Unlicensed administration and staff working with REALTOR® members of SCBR, either as an employee or through an independent contractor agreement. Their purpose is to connect and engage with the people who support REALTORS® and their businesses, as they are often the go-to person for information and assistance by many teams and busy real estate professionals. Examples: Agency Office Managers, Secretaries, Broker Assistants, etc.
- Members-only communications
- Member pricing on classes, events, and products
- Invitations to networking events and community service projects
- Ability to serve on SCBR committees and task forces
This option is for SCBR membership only and does not extend to membership or benefits with Wisconsin REALTORS® Assocation or the National Association of REALTORS®. Because of this, unlicensed admin members are not “REALTORS®” and are therefore unable to use the term or logo to identify themselves as “REALTORS®” in any marketing or communication. They are also not part of a solicitable class for RPAC.
